These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jitabaji platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms

- You have not previously been self-excluded from jitabaji or any affiliated platform, unless your self-exclusion period has formally lapsed and has not been renewed.
- You are registering with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, and you accept that providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
jitabaji may request identity verification documentation at any time and reserves the right to suspend account access pending satisfactory completion of such verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure at the sole discretion of jitabaji.
jitabaji takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and conduct a full identity and age verification review. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a player was found to be underage will be voided and forfeited.
Account Registration and Management
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jitabaji. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through third-party devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jitabaji employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. This information must correspond to the identity documents you will be required to submit during the verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. jitabaji strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your account. You must notify jitabaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jitabaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account balances at jitabaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players may not transfer account balances to other player accounts. Account balances are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the jitabaji platform until a valid withdrawal request has been processed and cleared.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Anti-Money Laundering: jitabaji maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform must not be used as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from any illegal activity. Bonus Abuse: jitabaji uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured odds. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jitabaji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree that you will not engage in any conduct that is harmful to jitabaji, its staff, or other players, or that undermines the integrity of the platform or its games.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitabaji and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account or assisting any third party in doing so.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
- Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sports betting market, or promotional offer.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or pool advantages unfairly.
- Exploiting any software bug, technical error, misconfigured odds, or system vulnerability. Any gains arising from such exploitation are void and must be returned.

- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jitabaji staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Misrepresenting your identity, location, or legal status in order to circumvent eligibility requirements or access restrictions.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account, balance, or login credentials to any third party.
jitabaji reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations. During an active investigation, account access may be restricted and balances temporarily frozen. If a breach is confirmed, jitabaji may void bets, confiscate balances, terminate the account, and take any additional legal action it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
Game Rules and Fairness
All casino games available on jitabaji are supplied by established third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates under its own regulatory framework and maintains independent testing and certification of its game software. jitabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
- The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Suspicious activity has been detected on the account, including but not limited to potential fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
- The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
- jitabaji is required to close the account to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
Where an account is closed by jitabaji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. jitabaji will communicate the reason for closure to the player where it is legally permissible to do so.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is distinct from standard account closure and activates additional safeguards to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity with a zero balance. jitabaji will attempt to notify the account holder before closing a dormant account. Where a dormant account holds a positive balance, jitabaji will hold that balance for the account holder and make reasonable efforts to return it upon verified identity confirmation.
Contact support via live chat or email to request voluntary account closure. Remaining verified balances are returned within standard processing times. Closure requests are handled within two business days.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jitabaji operates under the laws applicable to its jurisdiction of incorporation. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by jitabaji of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
